CBCT - The Latest in Dental Technology!
We are proud to announce that our office now has the latest state-of the-art imaging system. Known as Cone Beam Computed Tomography or CBCT, this technological wonder can assist us in imaging the bones of the jaw as well as guiding implant placement and giving incredibly detailed images of the teeth and their surrounding structures.
This amazing machine provides incredible 3D images which will help us develop a treatment plan that specifically meets our patient’s needs, using all of the detailed information that the CBCT can provide.
Using very short scan times, the CBCT uses approximately 1/15 of the radiation of a regular CAT Scan and is an outstanding diagnostic tool.
